It was early July, later evening & hot temperatures when SERVPRO of Rio Rancho/Sandoval County & SERVPRO of South Albuquerque was contacted by a commercial customer devastated when a sewage back up that led to strong odors, contaminated flooring, walls, furniture, and personal items.

Our team quickly arrived on site, geared up, and assessed the job at hand.

We started with sewage being pumped out and all damaged or contaminated materials were removed. Then the areas were cleaned, dried, and sanitized to eliminate mold, odors, and other contaminants. Air Scrubbers were used throughout the property to ensure the removal of air pollution, surface contaminants, odors and dust to make a cleaner and healthier environment.

A job well done by our team! Black Water, No Way! We will make it "Like it never even happened."
