Removed Drywall due to water damage

New Mexico and other areas across the Southwest U.S. are affected by the North American Monsoon System (NAMS) every summer, and the “Monsoon Season” is designated as the period lasting from June 15th through September 30th.

Monsoon refers to the change in atmospheric winds. Those winds in New Mexico usually shift from a westerly dry flow to winds coming from the south. Those south winds will typically bring moisture from the Gulf of California, Gulf of Mexico and the Pacific Ocean, meaning more rainfall.
