Damage to ceiling due to a roof leak

Every water damage event is a little different and requires a unique solution, but the general process stays the same.

When are team first arrived to the home, we did a full inspection of the damage. The home was built in 2001 so no asbestos  testing was necessary but unfortunately the damage was a lot worse then expected. The inspector discovered microbial growth. Air movers and dehumidifiers were placed in the affected area for drying out.
